I've developped a financial software that's being used by almost half the accountants of Canada. They're no better at giving feedback either (if that's any comfort ;-)...but I know they use it because I'm still in contact with the company I made it for, and they keep on upgrading to newer versions and are quite satisfied with it as per a few phone calls they get. But they wouldn't let us know that now would they? ;-). Anyways, I'm very satisfied with Windex, and these small changes you brought to it seem quite important to me.
