Both are many times harder to > find than a skilled Java guru. Not sure about Ada. While this is an interesting opinion, there is a significant evidence the choice of language does in fact matter. A significant amount of work has been done to determine factors that effect the cost of developing software, defect rate, etc. This information is usually ignored.
