I think one key is to hire people who care to learn from you, perhaps those younger that are on the same path. The problem other companies have is that they really have no business being in business as all they attempt to do is set up a "front" to get a piece (most of it) the pie hoping to extort from some unsuspecting leaders. I liken our industry's behaviour (IT) to the zombies in "The Night of the Living Dead" that are fighting over another's entrails. It's sick and twisted. billg
