The most recent PL/I standard published by ANSI is dated 1979. There is a "real-time extensions" standard published in the mid '80s, and a subset PL/I published in the early '90s. The SC22 WG for PL/I is no more, and the INCITS J TC for PL/I is begging to be left in "inactive" status (presumably, rather than being disbanded).
