The folks "keeping an eye" on us are doing an incredible job and have all my praise. Well, most of the time, except when they stick me behind a boatload of people on left and right down winds! :-) As I indicated these are the _real_ workers, not the clueless procurement fartknockers. They are keeping you safe largely _in spite_ of the fools in upper management. You can also throw most of congress into the "fool bin" on this issue.
