Lib2Def is a utility for GNAT NT that can generate a definition file
from a MS-style import library. The advantage of Lib2Def is that proper
linkage for the StdCall convention is kept. Using dlltool, a equivalent 
GNAT-style import library can be built using the generated definition file.
