Well, going to the compiler companies is, of course, a direction take should be taken. On the other hand, it might be that more IS oriented companies (like the one I work for :-) are better positioned to develop such tools. The problem here, of course, is that we are not in the shrink-wrapped business, and we need a first customer to get this going. So, that probably leaves new start-ups.
