We provide an overview document with the current ADAR release.  Our
intent is to provide a more complete document in both ASCII and
PostScript formats this year.

On the other hand, we strongly believe that Ada code should be written
so that minimal documentation is required.  For ADAR, the
documentation gives an overview of the interface, and then discusses
design decisions in how we represent the data.
