Hey, idiots are anywhere. Idiots with a technology is idiot. One who bought an University diploma for money thinks that he became more clever (so idiotic he is) but he didn't. Mafia increases and so statistics about mafia may decrease. More and more people deem themselves clever for paid. Quite likely that somebody will crash an atomic station or start a thermo-nucler fighting rocket with a programming error just by complete stupidness. Ada is a bastion which partially (unreliably) protects from this in nuclear industries! Better if militaries will have tools in Ada, independingly of how bad militaries may be!
