A new release of the Win32Ada binding is available at 
http://www.inmet.com/~mg/win32ada/win32ada.html
It is temporarily at this address and soon will be moved to the
AdaIC Website.

Highlights of this release:
- works with the latest versions of Thomson ObjectAda, Intermetrics
  Academic AdaMagic, and GNAT
- has been restructured so that the majority of the binding no longer
  depends on any Microsoft C or C++ compiler runtime libraries
- contains a number of small bug fixes.
