I'm in the UK and my ISP is Demon. There was no error message from your site, but the standard message was from the browser (IE5) reporting that it couldn't establish a connection. After the report here that it was working, I took it up with Demon and I discovered that accessing your site directly, instead of going through the Demon proxy server, worked. This is the first time that going via a proxy server has caused me problems so I didn't think to check this first. However, I did try to ping your site prior to posting here, but got no response. Are you filtering ICMP packets ? Is anyone else in the UK having problems going via the Demon proxy server to www.adaic.org ? Thanks for any responses, Simon. -- Simon Clubley, simon_clubley@remove_me.excite.com-Earth.UFP Worrying idea #101: What if Microsoft goes into the Ada compiler business ?
