No.  And don't try.  Someone already did, in certain .sci groups and
the resultant flame war contributed significantly to the problem of
global warming.  The anon service has its uses in some groups.  Best
thing to do in comp.lang.ada is to pretend it isn't there (i.e. put
"anon.penet.fi" in your kill-file).
