(Will Tracz) Subject: Software Reuse Workshop Call Message-ID: List-Id: CALL FOR PARTICIPATION 6th Annual Workshop on Software Reuse November 2-4, 1993 Owego, New York This workshop will bring together researchers and practitioners in software reuse to survey the status of significant ongoing research and corporate reuse programs, and identify the key issues in software reuse research, technology, intellectual property rights, metrics, administration, guideline development, incentive programs, education, and technology transfer. The program will consist of plenary sessions and several parallel working group sessions. Each session will consist of informal paper presentations (or panels) in a particular area followed by extended discussion and summary. Most papers and summaries of the last two workshops are available by anonymous ftp. The April 1993 issue of the ACM SIGSOFT Software Engineering Notes contains the results of last year's workshop and further ftp information. We intend to again capture this year's results as a basis for future work. Attendance is limited. Selection will be made by the program committee based on position papers.
