One other thing: If we are moving towards a first-cut implementation, I
think we need to pick some kind of acronym to be the "Root" package from
which all this stuff will emanate. I'd go for ACL - Ada Component Library -
as being short & sweet and to the point. Hence, we'd have
ACL.Containers.Lists.Unbounded as our first component.
