I do not have the book in front me, but it could be this one, but not sure: Software Components With Ada : Structures, Tools, and Subsystems (The Benjamin/Cummings Series in Ada and Software Engineering) by Grady Booch it is a black cover one, and it describes in details all of booch components with code (ada83). I have it somewhere.
