He hasn't yet disclosed the variables he considers to be secret key as opposed to the ones that are cipher-invariant. In short, he has not satisfied the requirements of Kerckhoffs' principles. As I already broke his cipher (different variant) and he ignored that, I see little need to break this one for him without being paid, hence my earlier request for a large sum of money in escrow. M --
