It is not terribly sophisticated, but it does work reasonably well for relatively smallish projects. Perhaps the Aonix environment is a better thing - maybe its just a matter of taste. One point to observe here is that there are at least two available compilers and environments suitable for teaching a programming course and both are available to students at no cost. IMHO, that's a good thing and a reason to use Ada in a CS department.
