I think you missed my point. I think Klingon was the first language to be included in Unicode version 3, that is not in the BMP. There are also some Chinese characters that are in the extended (version 3) Unicode, but not in the BMP, etc. But so far I have never needed _personally_ to go outside the BMP. _Your_ milage may vary. -- Robert I.
