Luke, the your-mileage-may-vary different outcomes for (in)stability on the=
 =E2=80=98same=E2=80=99 Linux distribution might be due to your machine hav=
ing a =E2=80=A2=E2=80=A2different mix of versions of .so shared-library-bas=
ed dependencies=E2=80=A2=E2=80=A2 than the people who are reporting that it=
 is perfectly stable.
