You are confusing "local extensions" with "third party libraries". Local extensions are things like 'Img. Third party libraries are things like QtAda (or YAMI4, for that matter). That is, there is no reason to expect standard authors to define packages for all possible language uses or all possible ways for creating external program interfaces.
