I have never seen Unix written in Ada. And even the majority of the JSF/F= 35 code is written in C++ instead of Ada. Reason? Lack of Ada programmers. = So the lack of good free compilers (with that I mean BSD/ISC/MIT licensed i= nstead of GPL) is hindering the general acceptance more than acknowledged. >=20 >=20 > --=20 >=20 > Jeff Carter >=20 > "Saving keystrokes is the job of the text editor, >=20 > not the programming language." >=20 > Preben Randhol >=20 > 64
