Request information about DoD source code, or otherwise, for project
management software with cost accounting features and which can
interface with the Federal Financial System [FFS] so that government
timekeepers only enter timecards once.

EPA attempted a TimeLine / dBASE4 interface to effect the above, but
abandoned it.

It seems to me that DARPA or someone in DoD reinvented this wheel and
posted part if not all of the source code in Ada.  But I can't find it.
