I hope everyone realizes that one of the arguments in favor of
all upper case identifiers is precisely that auomation CAN
universally apply to identifier capitalization if you use this
convention.

The other argument in favor of all upper case identifiers is
that they stand out more clearly in comments.

These are not decisive arguments, just some relevant ones :-)
