Dr. Meyer as well as a lot of others got the .NET message very early and understand, that there is a lot of potential in this technology. It's well known that a large number of compiler and tools companies are working on .NET versions of their languages and/or tools, but I never heard something official about an attempt to produce an Ada compiler for .NET There is an unique opportunity to position Ada as a superior technology in the .NET framework.
