What this means in plain english is that if you want to change stuff like the colors used for keywords and comments, or the background image, all you'd have to do is edit the default style sheet html file. No code would have to be changed at all (well...HTML is pretty much code too). Of course its not currently using referenced style sheets. But it would be a trivial change.
