I published a description of these macros in TUGboat and Ada letters. The response to this has been very positive and many have suggested that I also send a message to INFO-ADA regarding the APE macro. APE is a set of macros that can be used in conjunction with either TeX or LaTeX to write out Ada programs for documents conveniently. It is available through anonymous ftp to anna.stanford.edu as /pub/tex/ape_macro.tex. If you cannot retrieve it, send me a message and I shall mail it to you. I can mail a diskette in IBM PC format if you are willing to cover the expenses. There are also a couple of associated utilities: an emacs macro to convert a legal Ada program into a APE Ada program and another that does the reverse of this process. Sriram.
