Do you know the perl script f2a.pl ? It does a fair job.
It is free.
I just did a search and there seems to be a "2000" version.

There are more advanced but expensive solutions.
Anyway, sometimes I translate by hand when there are
a lot of scrambled local variables to give a type to.
