An interesting assessment, my own observation is that a lot of people find a Windows PC really *quite* difficult to use. The success of the Mac (remember it has a significant slice of a very large market) is certainly based on this, and for an even better example of what can be achieved by concentrating on reliability and usability, look at Palm OS vs Win CE.
