The issue is not patient professors, but serious professionals
doing serious work. That's definitely the audience I think is
the important one to address. People who want to fiddle around
playing without reading the documentation are a much less
important audience.

(it is unfortunately true that many people who consider
themselves serious professionals are actually in the
second category :-)
