That's the way things are on the commercial side of my employer, and apparently I get to use any random set of personal observations I want to craft "facts". :-) I think it is truly a fact that there is a much wider panoply of tools in use than many folks like to admit. Perhaps there's some inborn desire for conformity that causes people to so desperatly want to see consistency where in there is none.
