I agree with that for many reasons.

But that's a week argument these days, when you can get 90
gigs of Raid 5 storage accessible from any NT or Unix machine
for under $3000. Any organization that let's itself be
limited by disk space is wasting the time of its programmers!

The arguments for avoiding unnecssary documentation are
organizational rather than resource based in my view.
