Those who you want to reach are more likely to make a decision based on a presence in Dr Dobbs or another prestigous magazine than something on a webzine. Being able to refer to articles in a paper magazine counts a lot more than webzine citations when you are arguing with someone about the merits of Ada and how much it is used. It is also worth a lot more when arguing for Ada inside an organization. However for solving a specific problem, it is good to be able to point to ready made solutions like your own. Greetings,
