Seems there is one group saying nobody teaches it so we're moving to C and/or C++ and the other group group saying that nobody asks for it, so it's taught. You should teach it anyway. Our university taught it over C/C++ (back in 95), unfortunately, they moved to Java because it was the next big thing (lots of hype), I heard that they later regretted it. AFAIK, York still teaches it, because Alan Burns teaches there. Luke.
