But to date this hasn't been included AFAIK, leaving me to conclude that it must be sufficiently messy that he's not been inclined to bother with it. The Blinking attribute is clearly one that should not be abused. Yet there are times when you want it, for things like "DANGER Will Robinson... do you really want to delete that file? (I would only blink the "DANGER" part, BTW). A "web parallel" to the blink attribute are those stupid animated graphics that spin and fuss around beside the news article text.
