Ralph Crafts has resigned as the Publicity Coordinator for SIGAda.
We owe him thanks for his relentless efforts in both the strategic and
detailed support for SIGAda meetings.

The publicity activities for SIGAda will be handled by Ed Colbert,
the vice chair for liaison.
