I would prefer: maximum coverage (i.e. a reasonably long book), suitable as tutorial and with some reference utility, appropriate for a programmer with much experience in languages in general (Pascal, Modula, Fortran, COBOL, etc but NOT C) but with only understanding of object-oriented systems and languages - little hard experience, NO experience in ADA itself, good background on theory and why - not obsessive with examples. Would prefer paperbound but hardback OK too. Jeff Sicherman jajz801@calstate.bitnet
