I've been maintaining such a list for the Commercial Ada Users Working Group
(see the latest ACM SigAda Ada Letters CAUWG report) for the last couple
years.  I'll send you a copy if you (or anybody else that would like) will
send me a mailing address.  Please forward any responses you receive to me.

The list I have is a bit dated (only one change in the last six months), so
I'll be glad to get any additional responses from vendors.
