This is GNAT 3.15p and it comes with the full complement of libraries, like in Debian. Ubuntu 6.10 "Edgy Eft" contains all the Ada packages transitioned to GCC 4.1.1, also by means of package "gnat", also in universe. -- Ludovic Brenta.
