No, because the compiler (GNAT GCC) does not include any binary code from the bootstrap compiler (GNAT GPL). More generally, the "viral clause" of the GPL only affects programs linked against libgnat; GCC itself is not linked against libgnat, neither its own version or the one of GNAT GPL. -- Ludovic Brenta.
