I have successfully ftp'ed a copy of val-comp.inf from ada20.isi.edu,
and now make it available for a selected few who promise to distribute
it further.  I can't do that myself, like it as I might, but I hope
some of you will do it for me.

If you are interested in getting a copy for redistribution, please
respond to me directly, and I will summarize to the net.
