Time to > modernise! =F0=9F=98=9D=F0=9F=98=9D=F0=9F=98=9D (I corrected my mistakes in the quotation above.) Modernization likely means an Ada-esque drastic subset. My idea of a next-gen Ada goes the opposite direction: nearly everything i= n Ada8652, except breaking backwards compatibility in some Ichbiah oddities= that are standing in the way of new modern era features, then plus one hec= k of a lot more. The problem with Ada8652 is that odd baggage is holding A= da back from being a much much bigger language. The answer to the question of why did the release of this work stop at a dr= aft is because its VDM spec turned commercial to become the DDC-I Ada compi= ler still extant today. https://cordis.europa.eu/project/rcn/17317_fr.html More-detailed history: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dansk_Datamatik_Center
