One thing that I have been having trouble with is the GET_STRING function which, so far, has not returned a string. The only Ada source we have is the test code which checks the compiler for consistency with the DOD definition and an 18 line program that adds a couple of numbers read from the terminal and writes the answer to the terminal. Telesoft Ada creates huge executable modules on our system (IBM 3081k). Not too many people have used the compiler yet since it has not been released to the general user community. Only the exec's to run the compiler on the source code and to load and run the result have gotten someone involved in the compiler. It is still rather new to us.
