(Technically, I believe they are forbidden in all cases, i.e., that's not what the ARPA net is for.) However, perhaps if you serve as a private clearinghouse for the info, i.e. it goes only to you and you redistribute as appropriate only to those directly concerned, you may get away with it. I don't know if I would risk loosing my ARPA priveledges by taking the chance, though. Chery
