I hope this doesn't throw any water on the UK MoD plans to develop their
own ACEC, but it will probably have to have another name, as there is
already one known by that name.  It's available through SofTech out of
Wright-Patterson, having been completed under the auspices of IDA (if I
have all the references correct, all the stuff is at the office!).  It
was mentioned in the recent AdaIC newsletter, and I sent off for it.  I
am working with Rick Conn to get it in a shape suitable for submission
to the Ada Repository on Simtel20.
