Last time I looked adahome had not been updated for a long time, and had a lot of outdated and incorrect stuff. As far as I can see, all the useful material there is on adapower, which contains much more stuff besides, and is very well kept up to date by David and those helping him. I always used to refer people to adahome, but at this stage I think we do a better service for people by forgetting adahome and sticking with adapower as the primary reference.
