Interesting - someone tried to mandate that for use on my project,
then once that had failed, tried to mandate HOOD Nice.

I was aware of the Select HOOD tool, PC based wasn't it? I believe
that it has been dropped though, possibly in favour of OMT but don't
take my word for it.
