Hi,

Recently I have designed a site containing a free tutorial Visual Basic -
API and ActiveX.

This site is also the base site of a new webring: the programming tutorials
webring. Maybe you want to join the webring.

The main goal of the ring is to help people with their programming language,
for beginners as well as
advanced users. The html-code that is required for joining this ring, can be
adapted in the way you like it (e.g. images yes or no).

The webring is based on FREE tutorials, so your site has to have a free
tutorial!
