If your budget is limited but time is not there are tools available on wsmr-simtel20.army.mil. Most are of limited capability, having trouble on large programs, or obscure syntax. They are written in Ada, and you will have to compile them. Most were written under goverment contract and were not tested too well. If you have any questions please call or e-mail.
