I would add anything you think is useful and which you have the energy to do, and I do not think you should have to worry about stepping on toes. If I feel like writing a book, I do not feel inhibited by seeing other books on the subject in the bookstore unless I feel I have nothing to add. If you feel you have something useful to add, and I would think a well maintained updated Ada FAQ would definitely be in this category, then by all means go ahead!
