The current version of GNAT is not compatible with the current version of EGCS. We do not know of any set of patches that would achieve this compatibility. You can use GNAT with cygwin if you want (remember that cygwin is GPL'ed, so this is only a suitable approach if your application is GPL'ed, or if you get the commercial version of cygwin (at least this used to be the case, check the licensing carefully as always).
